I am featured on the front page of Stiletto - a famous Romanian fashion portal. It’s so overwhelming to see my pictures on something else than my blog.

I am so excited to see myself featured on the Romanian fashion portal Stiletto - “The Virtual magazine For The Real Woman” with my trash bag-dress designs at the “Spot The Stiletto Designer” category. Remember a while ago when I posted [here] about how I took one black, plastic garbage bag and turned it into almost 30 different dresses? Well, Roxana Radu, the fashion director from Stiletto loved the idea and asked if she could feature my story. I didn’t really believe she was for real at the beginning. As a young designer (I don’t really call myself that way yet, I still say “I only make clothes“, but it’s great to see that others consider me exactly that) it’s hard to get stylists and editors attention. I mean, the editors who mean well encourage you and all, but from encouraging to actually featuring you and appreciating your ideas and designs is a long way to go. Therefor, thousands of “THANK YOU’s” to Roxana and her team, also thank you so much to the editor in charge with the article, Andreea Jivcovici.
Hopefully this will the beginning of a great collaboration between me (as a designer, Oh, God, that sounds so good!) and the Stiletto team and why not, printed fashion magazines too.
