These are some details of the clothes that I managed to create/sew recently, for the spring/summer 2008 ready-to-wear collection. When I’m designing/making clothes I am thinking mostly about my own personality: what I like, what I’d love to wear. So, the “Diana Bobar girl” is naturally very close to my own personal style. She is young, girlie, adorable (pleats, volume, ruffles), but in the same time interestingly different, bold (graphic painted details, prints, strong hues of hot pink and blue), a bit artsy, but in a more expressionist and pop-art way. I have 20 looks finished, will work some more this weekend; expect the look book someday next week. I will photograph them on myself, as I sewed them in a medium size to see how they fit directly on my body (still have to get myself a dress form – ugh!) and you can order them from me, for your exact body size.

Ok, here are my favorites:the first one, i don’t really care what piece of clothing is, but is absolutely lovely, classic b&w but that hand painted detail is awww! I also spotted the last but one picture with some brown and red fabric, i really love this autumnal combination of hues, still i can’t realize the shape of the dress:D
