Finally, I started painting the landscapes I have to paint for school. I can’t wait to finish with all 41 of them, so I can get back to the sewing machine, because all my new fabrics are waiting for me. Seriously. Anyway, so this is how I started -? the sketches:

Oh well, I am a painting student after all, and if I started this, I will most definitely finish it (school, I mean). I’ll just concentrate on fashion design in my free time. You can do them all (as in whatever you wish to do). Trust me!

So, I covered the 15th century in Flemish, French, Dutch, German painting and Quatrocento (Italian painting). I still have lots more to come. I am not that found of painting landscapes. I am expressing my inner self through abstract art, so painting a landscape it kind of a mental torture. Anyway, I have to do it and that’s just it!

At least my mom likes them, hopefully my teacher will too.

Just for fun, I skipped 5 centuries and got to abstract expressionist art and cubism. I sure like modern art more than any other decade.

Do you see the woods and trees in these two paintings?

awsome! I so totally admire and envy you in the same time for your painting talent and study..to bad you don’t feel like goig on with it..this year i met an achitecture student who, after a year, left it and went to the social assistance one…she felt like she was made for helping…anyway, very nice paintings!
