I have always loved this hue of pink and probably will for a long time, from now on. Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t dress in all pink, don’t wanna be a walking pink shadow, but a little touch here and there works for me and keeps me happy [my girlie side is satisfied].

It has never been a big deal for me to wear this color on my lips. Usually when I am too lazy to work on my eye make-up before going out, I just put on this L’Oreal fuchsia gloss that I got as a present (from my boyfriend of all people!) and confidently wear it as if it’s my natural lip color. Lots of people stare, even my friends are surprised (well, not that much recently, they kinda got used to seeing me “different” all the time), but I really don’t care and honestly love this color!

In these pictures, I intentionally put lip gloss only on 3/4 of my lips, leaving the ends of the lip natural to create a rounder, more “pouty-esque” mouth. Geisha’s do it in a more extreme way.

I usually wear it with simple black&white outfits, a black pant with vertical, tiny, white stripes and a flared leg + a white cotton tank, some black, patent leather flats and I’m good to go.

Oh, let’s not forget my matching hair elastic. It has sentimental value to me, I even wear it in my sleep.
